really long time ago (7th grade) and I haven't done anything since. So basically this is kind of unorganized but I just wanted to ask you guys: how can I get ready in 2 months at my height and weight for lax? I've been running everyday for a little bit now and wall balling everyday. Also, I have workouts (conditioning) that's going on at my school and I don't really know what to expect. Can anyone help?

I'm a fat guy who hopes to lax this year and I want to know how I can get ready in 2 months. I also hope to lax to lose more weight but I really want to play because it's fun!

Hey guys I'm a sophomore in High School and this will be (hopefully) my first year laxing. Here's the thing though. I'm pretty sure the season starts around February and I just recently really decided to lax this year. I am about 5'6 5'7ish and I weigh 200 pounds. I guess you could say I'm overweight or maybe even obese but it's not to the point where I can't do anything physical.
