Then there is the Victorian Ambulance crisis Nike Kyrie 2 Effect For Sale
I also informed Mr. Mulder about the Colac Hospital abusing our Ambulance for non urgent hospital transfers sending it out of Town leaving Colac with NO Ambulance with only the one Camperdown Ambulance 47KM / 30 plus minutes away to respond to Emergencies in Colac. One in four Colac Emergencies are responded to by Camperdown Ambulance!

Mr Hunt said he would lobby his Cabinet colleagues to support the project, and would also help Ms Henderson lure Defence Minister David Johnston to Geelong to discuss the city plans to become a hub of the yet to be confirmed Land 400 armoured vehicle contract.
think this is a great project; I love not just the cruising and convention centre side but also the vision that the pier itself could have an iconic building Victoria opera house, Victoria Guggenheim at the end of it which would become not just a national but an international attraction for, whether its the arts, for portraits, for photographic exhibitions of a world scale.
a time when we are under some pressure, of course with Alcoa closing, it so incredibly important to embrace our positive attributes and to look at the future and to look at future investments, she said.
Environment Minister Greg Hunt backs Yarra St Pier proposal
The pier project and GPAC redevelopment were rated the region most important funding demands by the G21 Alliance earlier this year.
The trio met at Geelong City Hall, but Mr Lyons did not join the federal politicians outside where Mr Hunt declared his support for the project, and also endorsed Geelong claims to be involved in the Land 400 defence project.
for many, many months since I was elected Nike Lebron Shoes 2017 I have been championing a positive agenda, as has the mayor, and we have to stay positive, we do need to look at the investments we need to create a more diverse economy to look after manufacturing and to take it to the next level. google_ad_section_end(name=story_body) >
Ambulance Victoria FOI which proved that a number people had died Colac and region after waiting as long as 50 minutes for an Ambulance.
To, Paul David Cross of Colac. If anything I wrote in regard to this article has helped to anger you, then I am so sorry to have done that to you. But, you are right. Health , Education (kindergartens, etc, too.), Public Transport, good proper town planning, getting people to move into Geelong and Colac areas, Jobs, Footpaths and roads. Should always come first. In relation, to if there is money about, to be spending on. As I did say, only if we have the money. And all other things, like the Pier or Bay Walking bike tracks, come last. Geelong, like Colac and others, is still waiting for a Hospital in its Northern suburbs (not just Waurn Ponds area.) Three Hospitals would be better, than One. So, if I have offended you and what you clear represent, which is vitally important, I beg pardon to have done so. My Ancestors came and lived in your good area (Colac and Mortlake.) and there are still some kin, living there to date. So, I also, am concern for the likes of Colac, too. (and other regional areas of OZ.)
Mr. Mulder: " There is no problem with Ambulance in Colac''
Last year I met with MP. Mr. Terry Mulder and presented him with Nike Zoom Generation 1st Game
is a competitive process to produce these vehicles but I think there is a very strong case for Geelong, and as a Victorian I will be encouraging the Defence Minister to give it the absolute highest consideration, he said.
Federal Environment Minister Greg Hunt visited the city yesterday pledging his support for the Mayor No. 1 project.
Ms Henderson said the pier project was important for Geelong.
has to cover all of the hurdles but Sarah and the mayor have convinced me, as a Victorian, that this is a critical Victorian project and critical for Geelong.
CosWEcount! Inc. Update: 24th July 2014:
which is Killing people! But no spend the money on a bloody pier? Yes it will create some short term jobs and bring in tourist dollars, but what happens when workers and tourists require an Ambulance and Hospital treatment?
To, peter dooley of swampland. Last thing I heard, Point Wilson is still currently owned and used by the Dept of Defence. As for Avalon, the Powers to be, Do Not want Avalon to Grow. And should it be Point Wilson, Ship Cruise Passengers would have to be ferried to and from Point Wilson to Geelong. Which, would cost extra $$$$ to this project. PS as per the earlier emails, extend and link up the walking bike tracks, along Western Beach with an upper and lower, all the way from Rippleside Park to St Helens Park and the Nike Shoes Zoom Air
That fund was created in response to the announcements that Holden and Toyota would stop making cars in the states.
deserves to be on the world stage. Hunt said the pier would create jobs in the construction phase and help local tourism.
Sometimes it just has to be said!
Geelong and the rest of Victoria is in desperate need of Hospital funding because the LNP State government have cut more than $900 Million from Victorian Hospitals ( $700,000 from the Colac Hospital):
This was Mr. Mulder's response, and I quote:
way to Osborne House end of fence line, North. With major signage on it, so people visiting or locals will know where Osborne House and the Geelong Maritime Museum, from the Seaward eastern end of that road, where they sit. And extend Eastern beach paths to link up with the Point Henry project.
I also met with Sarah Henderson last year who directed me back to MP. Terry Mulder:

Cr Lyons and Ms Henderson are hopeful they can secure a bulk of the $29.5 million needed for planning, design and construction of the pier from the Federal Government $155 million Industry Growth Fund for Victoria and South Australia, of which $30 million has been set aside for non manufacturing regional infrastructure projects.
